6. FAQ
1. Do you take my insurance?
We are providers for nearly all major insurance carriers, and our services are billed as standard medical and physical therapy office visits. After collecting your insurance information by phone, our patient care coordinator will let you know any co-pay and/or deductible amounts for which you will be responsible. We like patients to know what to expect so that there are no financial surprises. In addition, we have partnered with CareCredit (a subsidiary of GE), which allows our patients to make interest-free, monthly payments for treatment, whether they have insurance, or not. Those 6-12 month, interest-free payments can be used to cover any out-of-pocket treatment costs.

2. What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Please fill out your New Patient Intake Forms BEFORE you arrive at your first appointment. There’s no extra time for you to fill out paperwork in our office. We need to spend your entire appointment time with YOU! Here’s the link to those forms:

3. What are your hours?
Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–3:30pm
Friday: 9:00am–2:30pm

4. Where are you located?
In the Stone Oak area of northern San Antonio. Our address is 400 North Loop 1604 East, Suite 345, San Antonio, TX 78232. We are located in the Afton Oaks II building just to the south-east of the intersection of Loop 1604 and Stone Oak Parkway.

6. What if I don’t live in San Antonio?
We have an option for treating people who come to us from out of town. It’s a one-week, daily program, with a two-day follow-up six weeks later. Additional visits may be necessary, depending on your response to treatment and other medical issues that you might have. Expect to be relatively inactive during this stay, as we’re typically dealing with chronic, inflammatory problems that require rest.

7. What if I know that certain things—like weather or stress—cause my migraines?
